Threshing and Chaff Days
Throughout the Year
We run a range of Chaff Cutting and Threshing Days throughout the year as a chance to put our machinery to the test and celebrate the workhorses of yesteryear. These events also work as fundraisers for the club with proceeds put towards the storage and protection of our vintage tractors at Kyle Park.
Come along and see first hand how chaff was made many years ago. Our plan is that the chuff cutter will be driven by one of the club traction engines!!!!

Muesem Open Days
Our Muesem is open every Saturday and Monday from 1-4pm.
Entry Fee: $15
Under 15s free
Come and have a look at our brilliant display of trucks, tractors, traction engines, stationary engines and emergency vehicles. Talk to our members who have experience in the restoration and operation of vintage machinery. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for any special events happening on our open days.
The Horsepower Rally
Our Horsepower Rally is a key fundraising event on our biennial calendar and has grown considerably over the years.
Upwards of 800 exhibitors and over 10,000 visitors attend over 2 days of fun at the well-equipped Levels International Motor Raceway in Timaru. This event is ideal for the whole family with entertainment, music, food, fun activities, and displays happening all day long.
